Learning never stops, indoors and outdoors

The year has flown by. You've probably seen more pictures of the classroom adjusting to COVID-19 on the school's Instagram account. Or via the Visual Tour tab. Today, students are working on language and other skills.

Soon after we resumed regular classes this year, the children have shown us how much they (and we) could adapt, given the circumstances. Indoors, we still maintain a 6-foot distance between individual desks and mats. Face shields come on during group work.

Later on they enjoyed a picnic lunch while observing the bird and insect life - topics that open up new inquiry in class.
